Three small bites about the Geopark. ◇ Penteleu in the first bite — bread fritters with parsley, Penteleu cheese and crispy Buzău pitușcă (on request). A bite about the mountain where flavour begins: bread, herbs, cheese and home cooking. ◇ Bâsca, smoke and roots — smoked trout with baked beetroot. A dish about the cold waters around the mountain, clean smoke and the sweetness of baked roots. ◇ Orchard, mountain and smoke — bruschette with Penteleu cheese sauce, apricot chutney and country ham from Casa Ghizdeanu. Sweet, salty, smoky and creamy: mountain, orchard and homestead in one small bite.
